Moulding Machine
This inline moulding machine was built
for finishing 6” & 8”TG pine. This machine
was delivered in January of 2008 and in its first year has
finished over two million board feet. The finish is a catalyzed
lacquer and is applied with 3 Air Assisted Airless spray
guns. A micro processor reads the part length and triggers
the guns accordingly.

1 - Wood parts are pre-sanded before entering mould
machine.

2 - The parts are sealed
through the moulding machine with a 3 gun application. Then
parts are sanded again and passed through the mould machine
for top coat finish.
