Mannix Company LLC is a manufacturer of flatline
spray machinery. The Mini flatline machine can spray product
widths up to 44” and incorporates 1 reciprocator with
(4) four spray guns. The Max flatline machine can spray product
widths up to 68” and incorporates (2) reciprocators
with (8) eight spray guns. Both machines have an overspray
reclaim and belt cleaning system. Also each machine has the
capability to spray and reclaim water, solvent and UV sprayed
coating.
Mini Flatline Machine:
This machine is manufactured in (3) three different spray
widths 32” 38” & 44” with a line speed
up to 12 FPM. Each unit is designed with a single reciprocator
that traverses across the spray belt to apply uniform finish
to the product being sprayed. Overspray on the belt is reclaimed
for future use and belt is cleaned each revolution. Controls
include VFD for belt speed, exhaust fan on/off and micro processor
for spray gun triggering.
Max Flatline Machine:
This machine is manufactured in (4) four different spray widths
50” 56” 62” & 68” with a line
speed up to 30 FPM. Each unit is designed with a duel servo
drive reciprocator that traverses across the spray belt to
apply uniform finish to the product being sprayed. Overspray
on the belt is reclaimed for future use and belt is cleaned
each revolution. Controls include VFD for belt speed, exhaust
fan on/off, servo drive controller and micro processor for
spray gun triggering. |
