Cleaning Carts - Georgia Installation

These cleaning carts were designed and installed for a large siding manufacturer in Macon GA. There are four total, reclaiming paint and cleaning spray belt every revolution. The conveyor belt on this system moves at 80 FPM. The application material is a water base sealer/ primer. The cleaning cart reclaims the excess paint off the belt at 5 gallons every 18 minutes. After reclaim there are two areas where the belt is cleaned and scraped allowing the belt to return clean and dry. Also cleaning cart actuates up and down when belt is sprayed on and oscillates from side to side; both of these relieve belt tension and prolong the life of the belt and scrapers.

 

This cleaning cart can be retro-fitted to any existing flatline spray machine.
