This flatline was designed
and installed for a large van conversion company in central
Florida. The finish was 100% solids UV coating with a two
coat process. Parts were loaded on infeed conveyor passing
through first spray station and UV curing chamber. Parts
returned on a downdraft sanding conveyor and repeated the
process through finish coat.
