Mini Flatline Machine
This machine is manufactured in (3) three
different spray widths with a line speed up to 12 FPM. Each
unit is designed with a single reciprocator that traverses
across the spray belt to apply uniform finish to the product
being sprayed. Overspray on the belt is reclaimed for future
use and belt is cleaned each revolution. Controls include
VFD for belt speed, exhaust fan on/off and micro processor
for spray gun triggering.
